Quick clarity AlignNex is a marketplace. Clients and Pros may see certain information about each other when needed to complete a booking.

We may delay or limit disclosure of sensitive details (such as exact addresses or contact information) until a booking is confirmed for safety and fraud-prevention reasons.

We implement safeguards to restrict access to authorized parties involved in a booking. Clients are encouraged not to include unnecessary sensitive information in booking notes or messages.

6. Payments & Payout Processing

AlignNex uses third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to:

  • Process Client payments
  • Facilitate payouts to Service Providers/Pros

Payment data (card numbers, bank accounts) is processed directly by the payment provider under their privacy and security policies. AlignNex generally receives limited transaction confirmation details.

Service Providers/Pros may be required to submit identity or tax information to receive payouts, processed by our payment partners.

7. Identity Verification & Screening

To maintain trust and safety, AlignNex may verify:

Verification may be conducted by third-party providers and may vary by role or location.

8. Platform Communications
