Tell us within 24 hours

Submit your concern within 24 hours of service completion so we can review it quickly.

Show us what needs attention

Share a short description and photos where possible so we can understand the issue clearly.

We’ll coordinate a re-clean

If the issue qualifies, we’ll arrange a focused return visit to address the affected areas.

What Qualifies for a Re-Clean

We’re happy to return if there was:

  • A missed major area
  • Incomplete service
  • Work that falls below our service standards

What to Expect

  • We’ll prioritize getting your space corrected quickly
  • Same cleaner when possible, or a replacement if needed
  • Prioritized scheduling
  • The re-clean will focus specifically on the areas of concern
  • Focused on fixing the issue — not redoing everything outside the original scope

What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair and consistent, re-cleans don’t apply to:

  • Add-ons that weren’t included in your original booking
  • Pre-existing conditions or damage
  • Homes that were not accessible or ready for service (excess clutter, restricted access, utilities issues, etc.)
  • Requests made after the 24-hour window
  • Requests outside the original scope of service

Our Approach to Refunds

Our first priority is always to fix the service through a re-clean.

In rare cases where that’s not possible, a refund may be considered.
